Events in Palm Springs provide a unique experience against a stunning desert oasis backdrop. The region's charming venues and warm weather create ideal settings for weddings, private parties, and corporate gatherings.

Mobile Bartending In Palm Springs

We specialize in making craft cocktails that look as good as they taste. Our mixers/syrups are homemade. The rest of our ingredients are always fresh and of the highest quality. If you’re looking for a cookie-cutter mobile bar, you’ve come to the wrong place.

Our Favorite Venues

Palm Springs and its surrounding areas have no shortage of amazing venues. Our favorite venue by far is the Old Polo Estate in Coachella. We also really like the Bougainvillea Estate in Indio, and the Walter White House in Palm Springs.

What To Watch Out For

It gets hot in the desert. Even weddings held in early October can reach triple digits in the middle of the day. Most areas around Palm Springs are also very strict about noise ordinances. Chances are, all noise will need to stop at 10:00 pm sharp.

Our Bar Packages

Standard Bar

    • You’ll always get a minimum of 2 Bartenders (Stacy & Sam).

    • Unlimited ‘Traditional’ cocktails. If we have the ingridients to make it, your guests can order it. We are also Mocktail friendly.

    • Mixers: Coke, Diet Coke, 7-Up, tonic water, Squirt grapefruit soda, Fever Tree ginger beer, sparkling water, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, house-made grenadine, lemon/lime juice, simple syrup, bitters, olives, salt/sugar/tajin for rimming, assortment of garnishes and egg whites.

    • Equipment: Mobile bar, fold-out table for the back-bar, ice, sustainable straws made from wheat stems (GF), napkins, cocktail picks, 10oz high-quality plastic tumblers for cocktails and wine, 16oz plastic cups for beer, small cups for shots, two 1-gallon mason jars for a water station (infused & regular water), high-grade coolers for ice storage and keeping beverages cold, custom-designed menu.

    • Alcohol shopping included.

    • Set-up and breakdown included.

    • Fully insured for general and liquor liability.

Specialty Bar

    • Includes everything from our ‘Standard’ bar, but you can also choose 2 drinks from our specialty menu,and we include a Giant Jenga lawn game with the set-up as well.

Have something else in mind? We’ve done everything from beer/wine bars, to whiskey tastings and mimosa/breakfast bars. We’d love to bring your idea to life!

Our Bars

We have three different bars to choose from.

We can also work with built-in bars and bars rented from 3rd party vendors. Prior approval is required.

NEW FOR 2024. Our custom-built wood bar. Our main bar always travels with us and is included in every package.

Our 2nd bar costs extra but is worth the price. We refurbished two old wine barrels and attached a solid wood tabletop. This is bigger than our main bar and looks fantastic.

The bar we started with back in 2020. She’s in storage now, but still comes in handy if we need extra bars for events.
