Larsen’s

Steakhouse

Encino 2020

We created the 2020 cocktail menu for Larsen’s Steakhouse Encino. Our goal was to marry classic/contemporary cocktail styles, and also expand on our 2019 menu. This time we added a ‘Scotch Flight’ to take advantage of the huge selection of single malt’s that the restaurant offers. By popular demand, we also added a couple of virgin cocktails.

The cocktail we are most proud of is ‘Dear John’. This drink was dedicated to a long-time regular of the restaurant, who sadly passed away at the end of 2019. This version of a martini is what he would always order at the bar.

Larsen’s

Steakhouse

Encino 2019

We created the 2019 cocktail menu for Larsen’s Steakhouse Encino. Our goal was to marry classic and contemporary cocktail styles. We included timeless drinks like the ‘Jack Rose’, but also had cocktails that added new twists to familiar drinks like the NY Sour and the Boulevardier.

This menu was very well received by guests as it pleased the older clientele by paying respects to the classics, and also intrigued younger guests by introducing them to drinks they haven’t had before.
